Dear YoYo, hospitality is a state of mind, and I'm sorry if you lack kindness and love for your business and people. These aren't your goals in running a restaurant, as evidenced by your unprofessional response to a guest's opinion and experience, which you ruined with your rude behaviour. Moreover, after reading other comments, I see this is not the first time this has happened. Trying to respond to a guest's review with counter-accusations and lies, along with rather base behaviour, will only lead to poor service and improvement. And guests won't come back every week if you don't develop enough self-esteem to respect opinions, acknowledge shortcomings, and improve your service. You can post a video and photos of our visit to prove our story. We didn't engage in any conversation with the waiters or the bartender. We didn't insult or speak rudely to anyone. We didn't even touch your inexpensive furniture. After rude behaviour and unwelcomingness, simply leave the establishment and don't want to remain in such a negative atmosphere. You work in hospitality, and the worst thing is that you're not hospitable and don't like people. Here's how it really happened: We arrived at the establishment and graciously took the offered table outside, but unfortunately, the view of the unpainted roof didn't work on such a beautiful evening. We didn't even touch the table, which can hardly be called a table, as its width is no more than 20cm, barely enough to accommodate glasses. Then we moved to the offered bar table. Since there were four of us and the space was limited, we tried to move one chair to the side so that everyone had room, but the bartender rudely and impolitely asked us to return the chair, as he didn't like having someone looking at him from the side. We immediately returned chair back, but asked, "Why are you so impolite and rude?" Without smiling, apologising, or politely explaining your request to the guests. To which we received an even more vague and rude reply: "we are fully booked, very busy, and shouldn't be serving us at all." "Thank you," I said. "You could have told the guests right away, as soon as they entered, why give them hope?" Please, don't anger yourself and don't upset your guests if you don't love people or your work. With respect and best wishes in return! Most importantly, with a pure heart and fairness! Happy to change our reviews and support the business, if you can proof your hospitality!

We visit Yo Yo's every time we come to Noosa, it is a favourite. The food is phenomenal, the garlic bugs are to die for. The service is great, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

A fantastic find along the river with beautiful water views. The tapas dishes are high quality, and if I may say better than some of the ones we had as we travelled through Spain! The wine list is surprisingly impressive for such an intimate venue. The host is experienced and attentive without being overbearing, and best of all, you get all of this without the hefty Hastings Street price tag. Do yourself a favour and try YoYo Bar and Restaurant ๐Ÿ˜

The food, the service and the atmosphere was fantastic. We went on Sunday evening for Father's Day, these guys were busy but very attentive and extremely friendly. The food was perfectly cooked and plenty to choose from along with a couple of great cocktails - well worth a visit and highly recommended

Made a reservation for a Saturday night, we were seated at a high table with a great view of the river. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered a number of smaller plates to share with the absolute stand out the parfait with figs it was hands down one of the most delicious dishes weโ€™ve ever had (made in house we were told). The meatballs were nice, the calamari tender, the croquettes were ok - small and not a lot of flavour and the churros were a little overcooked. Overall a nice dining experience and we wouldnโ€™t hesitate to visit again and order multiple plates of the parfait!!
