Flawless dining experience from the different food flavours, to delightful service and lovely ambience with muted tones. We went for the degustation menu on NYE so it was pricey but it didnโt disappoint.
Amazing experience. Had Christmas eve dinner at UMA and it was amazing. Presentation, flavours, courses and staff were all amazing. Highly recommended and would go back in a heartbeat.
We had the set menu, it's the first time we had Peruvian food and it was amazeballs, lots of new flavors, pairing that were unexpected were surprisingly match perfectly and delicious. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive with service.
I love Peruvian food. Infact, all Latin food. This was such a pleasant surprise when the wife and myself ate here for her birthday. We don't know perth, so we were lucky to stumble across this 1km from the hotel where we were staying. The different flavours were so delicious. Everything was cooked very nicely. As it was all a stand out, I will mention a few of the delicious items we had. The 350 strip was amazing (with the black garlic sauce). The half chicken was so yummy. I was worried it might be a tad dry - but I was pleasantly surprised as it was very moist, tender and had a lot of flavour. The choripan was very nice. The yuca that was pureed with queso and was an orange colour was delicious. The Octopus is a must! So yummy! The cheese cake with dulce de leche was a great finisher. We had a few other sides and dessert, but I have mentioned quite a lot. I would love to eat here again, but it's my last night in Perth. 11/10
We enjoyed our experience here. The restaurant feels upmarket, but at the same time a bit rustic. We had an amazing aged pasture raised T-bone steak that was a bit pricey but well worth it. It was perfectly cooked, with great aging and char flavour that made it delicious. The sauces were good and generous, but too be honest the steak was so good we just asked for salt to enhance its flavour. We also had a couple of ceviches that were good. The fish itself was fresh and delicious, but some of the other elements in the dishes were a bit strong and overpowering. We felt they should be eaten separately. Service was helpful and friendly.
