We’ve visited Table on the Terrace a few times and have always enjoyed the great food and coffee. The building design and location are also a real highlight. Unfortunately, on our most recent visit we discovered they no longer offer meals, only light snacks like croissants. This was disappointing, as their small menu was good when they had it. While we’d still stop by if we were nearby, it’s no longer somewhere we’d go out of our way to visit just for coffee.

Thank you for thoughtfully prioritising my safety with this 70% full latte. Oh wait, more like half full. It was very considerate of you to make sure that, in a hot summer, I could carry a delightfully lightweight cup of coffee without breaking too much of a sweat.

My usual coffee shop in the city recently closed. On Fridays, I spend time around Frome Road, so rather than a coffee in the town, I rode the trams and tried out “Table on the Terrace” which is opposite the Botanic Gardens Tram Stop. I asked for a cappuccino in a cup made with full cream milk. It cost me $5.06. The coffee was good and cheaper than what I had been paying in the CBD on a Friday morning. The people there are also friendly and cheerful. I’ll be coming back each Friday morning.

We visited this small cafe that's near the Botanic Gardens. The cafe is in a historic building and has a nice ambience. Staff were friendly and we managed to get a customized vegetarian wrap. Tea was good too.

Had an amazing experience at Table On Terrace. The service was top notch, the food was fantastic, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The architecture and atmosphere make it such a great spot to sit and enjoy a meal. The Thai Beef Salad was so good I ate it before I could even take a photo and the coffee was exceptional. Highly recommend checking it out!
