Absolutely the best cocktail bar in Queensland outside of the capital city, and even then it's close. Loic's skill is unmatched with the awards to back and Alex always has a recommendation that hits the spot. Perfectly crafted classics and a constantly updating market menu means there is always a reason to come back. The three simples rules of "No minors, no bookings, no groups" make for an amazing small bar atmosphere perfect for a date night, quick stop before heading out to a show, or just a good drink after a long day at work. Hospo and healthcare discounts on Mondays are always great to catch up with others in the community and enjoy the start to the weekend together.

We had an amazing night at Sante! The cocktails were absolutely perfect, beautifully balanced and creative. The atmosphere was relaxed but still had great energy. What really stood out was the outstanding service our server went above and beyond, super friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to get that kind of genuine care and attention these days ESPECIALLY when it was busy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch drinks and excellent service!

This was a new find for me and it was a wonderful almost hidden little gem. It's a true cocktail bar with almost exclusively serving unique and delightful cocktails. It has intrigue along with a little excitement of what may be arriving. I had a hot apple and cream cocktail and it was a delight. It's a place with a little difference and I really it and I am sure you will too.Booking is advisable!
