Great to see Brisbane’s Spanish/Mexican food scene improving. The owner has spent time in the USA and Mexico learning the craft, and it really shows. We had an unreal Christmas banquet — ceviche, tacos, guac and bean dip, chorizo, and churros — plus a handmade coconut and passionfruit dessert that was a standout. Fingers crossed a wet burrito makes it onto the menu next.

Delicious food, you can find some unique flavours that totally stand out from other restaurants. I love the cassava chips😊 perfect for any events setting.

I recently had my business brunch event here and Vince was more than accommodating with what I had envisioned. From letting me DIY the tables to working in with the banquet menu and drinks. Vince and his staff was nothing short of amazing on the day, showing how hospitable they can be with checking in on us and taking the time on a busy Sunday to explain the food and when my friends had questions regarding to the venue and events. The food and drinks package we had was perfect for our table and definitely walked away feeling so full. Thank you Salud team for taking care of us! I know all of us will be back soon!

What a phenomenal find! So happy we stumbled upon this cosy space serving up amazing Spanish x Mexican fare. We had the chorizo paella, which had a little bit of kick but just enough to tickle the tongue. We also loved the albondigas and sourdough which came with a perfect romesco sauce. The iced horchata was great to cool us down as well. Their place is well appointed, spacious and plenty of seating space inside and outside. We can't wait to go back and try all the other food - but it will be very very hard not to order the albondigas again because it's now become one of our favourites. Great work to the team behind this! Didn't have issues with street parking on a Sunday lunch.

Great venue with some really lovely food and beverage options. The range of South American influences was new to us but we enjoyed the food and drink immensely. The venue is great and has plenty of charm and seating. The backyard is the real winner for the venue and is such a lovely spot for tapas and a social drink. May need more coverage for when the rains roll in! Yerba mate was great and the spiced nuts were delicious
