Only the croquetas were good. The socarrat and the octopus were poor in both quality and flavour. Portions were very small for the price. As a Spaniard, I didn’t find the food representative of Spanish cuisine at all.

This is true and true a tapas and wine place only. We tried the chefs menu for $95. Tapas were amazing, Nduja Butter sourdough, and Aranchini Balls were the shout out. Mains were not the best selection for the price, mackerel was very strong and had a tingly feeling, pork was quite fatty and smelly. The dessert at the end didn’t pair particularly well with the chef’s selection as it was warm. Would’ve been better to follow suit after such a heavy main with something more refreshing. Vibe is set in a hotel lobby, which would’ve been nicer if you were seated in the more cosier corners, but could be surrounded by people checking in and out. Service was great the first time I visited, but was lacklustre today, wasn’t the best at explaining the chefs menu and didn’t change our plates between entrees and mains. I would definitely suggest only coming here for a cost tapas and wine - and not the chefs menu.

Staff were brilliant and looked after us on our anniversary. We greatly enjoyed the Tapas plates, the best I've had in Australia, and the desserts. We will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. Only suggestion is getting Sangria added to the drinks list. We also enjoyed a breakfast there. I had the Sheepherders breakfast with scrambled egg, and I highly recommend it.

Amazing little Spanish tapas restaurant with super delicious tapas dishes and an on point wine and cocktail list that puts neighbouring eateries on notice. I love that this eatery is located in the lobby of the super vibey Hotel Woolstore 1888. Casual and engaging service surrounded by cool tunes. Loved the sourdough with tomato puree, the jam on and peppers and tuna crudo!!!🙌🏻😋

We dined on a Friday night and came early, and it wasn't too busy but was filling up by the time we left. Can't recommend this place more. I have dined at Percy several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed my time. This was my first time being back since last year due to moving away from Sydney and I continue to be impressed. Apparently, there is a new head chef and owner and couldn't find a single fault in any of the dishes we tried. They have recently renovated the venue and released a new menu and the food is amazing. I absolutely loved the Baked Mussels and the Octopus dish. We had a few cocktails, which all included a sherry element to match with their new Spanish theme, and they were so interesting. The flavours left you wanting another sip even after you were finished. Never would have thought to include a sherry in an old fashioned but it really works. There were some very unique wines on the list which I didn't recognise but they have a little description underneath them on the menu that really helps in understanding what you are drinking. They have a white Pedro Ximenez (not sweet or fortified) by the glass, and it was so funky and unique we ended up ordering a bottle to take up to our hotel room.
