Perfect spot for a casual catch-up with friends - laid-back vibe combined with top-class food and friendly knowledgeable service - what more could you want? Beetroot tart with onion and taleggio topped with a thatch of watercress was excellent - as was a salad with peach, grilled corn and a macadamia-based green goddess dressing - scallops on the half-shell with creamed leeks and an Indian inspired dressing, also very tasty - but the dish of the day for me was definitely the super-tender grilled loligo quid with fermented papaya hot sauce on a bed of kohlrabi salad. Some great wines by the glass too.

A true neighbourhood gem, no wonder it has a 5 star rating. Service was friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. They have an additional lunch menu so ordered quite a bit off both menus. The beetroot tart was excellent. Calamari was well grilled and had that obligatory smoky overtones which balanced well with the hot sauce. The cavatelli was a generous serving and flavoursome. The chicken sandwich and steak were equally good. Would return.

Had a great meal at Mishy’s. We were greeted by friendly staff, and our server described the dishes so well that we wanted to try them all. All the appetisers were fresh and perfect for sharing, and the grilled squid had a lovely char and great flavour. Portions were just right, and everything tasted really fresh.

We came here for my best friend’s birthday celebration and had a great time. My son absolutely loved the steak and chips. All the entrees, oysters and salads were fresh and tasty. Their coffee was strong and exactly what I wanted.
