It was my second visit to La Casa. My first visit was wonderful and the food was delicious. On this second visit, the food itself was not disappointing either. However, as a group of 12 people, including 6 kids, this visit was a disaster. The food came out one by one, and we had to wait 40–50 minutes for all the meals. We ordered pizzas, pastas, steak, and meals from the kids’ menu. The steak was also overcooked in parts. Overall, this made the visit a total disappointment. If you’re planning to visit, make sure to confirm the wait time and whether the food will be served together, or at least not one dish at a time

Honestly the tastiest food I have had a Mooloolaba. We are frequent visitors to Mooloolaba and our lunch was just delicious and one of the best we have had in years up here. Punchy flavours, fresh prawns, fresh salad and just a balance of flavours and ingredients. I had the salad with fresh local prawns and my hubby the burger. Lovely outlook and a wide range of options for different tastes. While keeping a strong link to Brazilian options (thus punchy fresh flavour). We want to come back for the chilli eggs and explore the menu more.

It was an extraordinary experience! The staff were extremely polite and friendly, which made the evening even more special. We tried the moqueca, and it was absolutely delicious , rich in flavour and beautifully prepared. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes, especially the Brazilian cuisine. Had breakfast here this morning, the wife had the breakfast burger and I had the mushroom brekkie tacos, we have been in mooloolaba 3 days and had breakfast in multiple different places but this was the best so far, very fresh and lots of flavour, the coffee is also really good. They have lights and other decor in the outside area, it's the little things that stand out.

Great host, great spirit, great food!! Don’t skip the signature Brazilian meat platter (was so good that I forgot to take photos of that). Ask for Farofa with egg on the side 😝. Took us time to notice this dish and we keep coming back for it.
