The food menu focuses on quality local produce, free range and wild cured meats and local and international artisan cheese, On Sundays Havilah operates as a cellar door for Two Tonne Tasmania and Havilah wines.

Highly recommend this gorgeous bar. Great vinyl vibes. Thanks for the David Bowie. Great food, wine list and a very sexy meat slicer. The staff are fabulous. We are from Melbourne. Such a find !
A lovely little spot in Tassie for a wine and bites to eat. We had the tuna crudo, lamb rump with anchovy and onion dressing with greens and potatoes, as well as the bucatini with tomato, pecorino and salami. Service was ok, food a little slow, but the food was definately good.
Had our last nights dinner here and loved it. We have been to this lovely cosy place many times over the years when we have gone to tassy and it’s just terrific. The food is exceptional and so is their wines. The staff are very pleasant and make you feel very welcome. So if your in Launceston you must try this lovely place.
Reserved a table for 2. Perfect girls date night. Loved the atmosphere of the place. Small and cozy. Very modern vibes. We sat by the window. Friendly service. The highlight of this evening was the chocolate mouse. Highly recommend. It was so rich and creamy with a touch of praline crunch. A must have! The second highlight was the house sourdough with this lovely whipped lemon butter. It was fresh and so soft. I don’t usually order bread but this exceeded all expectations. Well done team! Unfortunately, would not order the gnocco again as I was expecting a warm bite and it was actually a cold dish, stuffed with cream and too salty with the added cured meat on top and Parmesan. Not a favourite in my books. Same for the tuna. The cumquat overpowered the taste of the delicate tuna. Felt as if two flavours were competing. Overall, it was a great experience. I will for sure be back to try other wonderful dishes. Presentation of all the meals we ordered was amazing and very thoughtful. Thank you again.
Great for lovers of natural wine and good food. The small menu was beautifully presented and perfectly executed. The staff are warm, friendly, and know their stuff, making the whole experience even better. Bookings were so easy, no stress at all. 👌🏻🤌🏼✨
