Visited in Dec 2025 Foxtrot Unicorn is a name which appears on all online lists of top cocktail bars in Perth. Therefore decided to drop by to try them out during my recent trip to the city. I did not have a reservation but was able to luckily get a bar counter seat within 10-15 of waiting. But if you’re coming as a group of 2 or more people, esp. on a weekend, a reservation is recommended. The bar is clearly very popular and was super packed on the Fri night I was there. Ended up trying quite a few cocktails, including some of the new drinks which had just made their way into the menu. Broadly speaking, the experience here was decent. The “Atlas” cocktail was my favourite. However, there were a couple of drinks which I did not like which I guess may be a matter of tastes and preferences. Overall, a decent cocktail bar which is worth a visit in you’re in Perth.

We had cocktails and nibbles. Enjoyed. Staff were fabulous. Cocktaiks & food were great. Quirky atmosphere. Loved it.

Thanks so much for hosting a bar with shapes for a name! An absolute bonus to have a ‘Pastel’ without the price of a ticket to London!! I regret not having two!!!

This review is better late than never after my first visit there last Friday! Although this basement bar was packed to the rafters with a lively crowd, we were quickly seated and warmly greeted at the bar by a bartender named Josh. Despite the chaos around him, Josh was incredibly efficient, composed, and clearly passionate about his craft. He didn’t just make cocktails -He was able to make recommendations tailored to our tastes as well. What stood out most was his attentiveness and willingness to elevate our experience with information and a little bit of history about the cocktails we were ordering (charlie chaplin's & honeycomb negoroni's). Every drink he made was balanced, beautifully presented, and delivered so well! It’s been a week and I’m still thinking about the impeccable service we received. Josh truly left a lasting impression -if you find yourself there, do yourself a favour and sit at the bar. You won’t regret it.

If you can find this place, you are cool. Google maps does a terrible job helping you actually find this place, but watch the video as I leave. Don’t come hungry, come thirsty with friends before or after dinner- but the Jaffles Bolognese will satisfy and there are great snacks. Happy staff, and getting to work in a simply cool place probably helps. They have a good selection of beer but the cocktails are fun and need to be tried. There is no corner without comfortable spaces, plan to make yourself at home.
