An exceptional experience — the décor was on point, perfectly classy, sophisticated, and stylish. The cocktails were creative and entertaining, with standout favourites including the Pornstar Martini, Milk & Cookies, and a beautifully balanced Old Fashioned. The only one that missed the mark was the Midnight Sky, which was a bit too strong and not quite balanced. Overall, a stunning venue with exceptional drinks, refined ambience, and impeccable attention to detail — a must-visit for cocktail lovers in Brisbane.

Loved the staff and drinks choices at Dr Gimlette. Basil was entirely welcoming and quick to get us a table although it was super busy. Drinks were delicious and the bar staff were super attentive in keeping you refreshed with water and other drinks. I had a variety of cocktails and they all were delightful.

Didn't have any food but the staff and drinks were great. Lovely atmosphere and not too loud. Was a great spot for a nightcap to finish our evening.

Absolutely immaculate service. Staff were super knowledgeable and attentive. Great drink variety. I really enjoyed both the cocktails and gin I had. Really great vibe as well.
