Friday night we had the chicken pate (which is delicious), the swordfish cerviche (I have never tried it before but am assured by my in-laws that it was an excellent version), the brussel sprouts (amazing), chorizo and potatoes (all interesting with just the right amount of depth of flavour). There are also a good amount of excellent GF options. The service was outstanding and we were able to try the white wines to decide on our favourite. Loved the cocktails and the atmosphere. Our request for a low table was able to be accomodated. Dillon and Fiona are warm and inviting and made it a special experience.
Great food, great cocktails , great service! You can tell that this place is run with passion, and I have to admit that those cocktails were the best weโve ever had. Thank you!
We had the most incredible time at Django โ honestly one of Perthโs gems. Itโs a family-owned spot and you can feel the love and care from the moment you walk in. Fiona is an absolute delight, always taking the time to check in on every table, and Dillonโs cocktails are next level (and thatโs coming from someone whoโs tried more than a fair share across Perth). We worked our way through a few cocktails and every single one was a standout. The Clarified Margarita with grapefruit and lime was so smooth and perfectly balanced โ I went for the spicy option and it was divine. Dillonโs Espresso Martini is hands-down one of the best in town, with a hint of chocolate and orange that makes it unforgettable. The Paloma with goji berry and coriander seed infused tequila was fresh, bright, and came with a fun paloma jelly shot slice. And the Banana Old Fashioned โ buttery, rich, and clever without being over the top. The food was just as impressive. The freshly shucked oysters with champagne granita and red pepper berries were a perfect start. The burrata with stone fruit and honey was creamy and dreamy, while the corn ribs with lime aioli, parmesan and paprika were seriously addictive โ the kind of dish you could order again straight away. Django is one of those rare places that nails both food and drinks, but what makes it even more special is the people behind it. You donโt just leave full and happy, you leave feeling like youโve been looked after by friends. Support local, support family-owned, and do yourself a favour โ go to Django.
Thoughtful and friendly staff. I had a reservation for an inside table and since it was an extremely cold day- the staff went ahead and moved our table inside lol. Good options, fresh seafood and nice cocktails.
Could not recommend more highly! The food and cocktails were amazing. The atmosphere was moody and cosy. The venue could accomodate lots of people and different groups. The staff were friendly and attentive to when we might need another drink or dessert etc. I will be going back!
