Love dining at Barr'd. Been there a few times now, the food is sensational together with fantastic service. We sit back with a drink or two and let them decide what to serve us...perfect 👌 thanks again.

Very tasty food and very reasonable price. Highly recommend to order seafood paella- though the rice is a bit too wet to our liking but I've never seen so much seafood than the rice in a paella! All the other small plates are very tasty too. Staff is super friendly and accomdating! We had a great night and really enjoyed the food. We couldn't finish what we ordered, and they can give you takeaway box to pack the rest of the food (even to put in the fridge for you before you leave)!

Great place , lovely food . Staff was friendly & serving well . The only thing off was the bread in Trio of Dips, for a place charging premium dollars .. the bread was simple white bread cut in triangles. No pita bread , no sourdough not even house bread . Just plain simple white bread which was a first for us in Melbourne. Apart from that food tasted great & service was also up to the mark with a smile on face .

This place is evil! How can it be so deadly delicious! Calamari is so huge we actually need knife to cut it into pieces. Lamb chops and steaks are so tender and juicy and their mushroom sauce is so creamy! Be careful when you eat eggplant chips, it’s juicy but hot! Consider you warned. Definitely will return for more!

Barr'd Tapas Bar in Ivanhoe is always a pleasure to visit. Jess and the team go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, and the service is consistently excellent. The owner’s energy and passion are evident, adding to the charm of the place. The atmosphere is fantastic, whether you’re after an intimate dining experience inside or something more casual outside. Definitely worth a try!
