Below is my original review this first paragrah is a response to the business's reply - Respectfully your reply is a cop out, was gracious with your good points the reply however makes no acknowledgement of the disappointment over the dish or efforts to remedy the experience. For that reason l have lowered the star rating overall and the service rating. Not for the wait staff but for managements customer service. Takes the shine off the whole experience so now I've paid for the chef to learn how to recook the meal. Growing up around Italians Nona knew how to prepare cook and serve Octopus so to infer that perhaps l was unfamiliar with the texture is disappointing. First review Went last night for a birthday celebration. Had the Prosciutto & mushroom croquettes and Hoki Fish Tacos Both were very good, and the wait service was excellent. The Grilled Octopus 🐙 however was tougher than an old wellington boot baking in the sun at the local tip. When the server asked how was the meal going and we let them know the dish was a disappointment and left it on the plate. There was no offer to re- cook it after letting the chef know. The server said the was no manager "on" and that was all she could do ( she was very pleasant during this discussions) It was a major disappointment when the dish was still on the bill. I paid not wanting to make a fuss considering it was a birthday celebration. I don't mind paying for good food, good service and atmosphere. Paying for a terrible meal however is another thing. To add insult to injury the birthday girl had, had the dish before and was excited to order it and share.

Amazing food and cocktails!! Been here twice and it’s a great vibe. Both times pretty slow on drink service but otherwise a great place!

I enjoyed a fabulous Sunday lunch with friends. Everything about this place is perfect. The cool, contemporary, soft aesthetic. The friendly staff who know what to recommend, and welcome you like a friend. The delicious food (the burrata and bread starter is a must!). The menu has something for everyone, and there is an extensive drinks menu. A true hidden gem on the Coast, well done to the team who put it all together 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had an amazing time and experience at Arte Rooftop. We’ve been wanting to try for a while now and we finally did. It did not disappoint. Gosh where do I start. First, the venue is beautiful. The service/waitress was absolutely lovely. And the food was WOW. I even had to ask the waitress to ask the chef how on earth he got the chicken to taste THAT good 😂 thank you so much. You guys need more people to know about you!

Had a fantastic night here, pretty busy on a Saturday night, definitely recommend booking a table. Cocktails were absolutely delicious and food was amazing. Staff were super friendly and everything came out really quickly especially considering how busy it was!
